Down time...

It is hard to concentrate on writing when you are not feeling well. I've been struggling with a nasty virus over the last 5 weeks that's been going around. Once I get over it, I will have a lot to make up for missed writing times.

Beginnings

I've always had a love for books. Love reading them, and I even wrote a few poetries in the past. When I wrote poetry it was like dipping into your innerself to see what you could draw out from within. It was my first taste of writing.

During Christmas, 2008, I started to write down an outline of a book that kept coming to mind for months. It was a great time to start the outline, since others around me during that time were busy with their own going-ons.

I had the outline sitting on my desk for a couple of months before starting to put it into a word .doc.

It is not the type of book where you just dive in and start to write whatever comes to mind. What did come to mind, I'd scribble down and then do some research on what I scribbled about. It is not a complex book, yet it can be a complex book. I am writing it in a way that it will not be complex in reading, but more understanding with ease when reading it.

Anything having to do with the spirit, the soul, and the aura can baffle a reader if not written in the way of layman terms. This is something I wish to do, so all will understand it, my theory.

I stop peroidically during my writing to reflect on the words being used to ensure a non-complex way of writing is consistant throughout.
